Most in-stock furniture items are processed within 3-5 business days. Delivery typically takes 7-14 business days depending on your location and the size of the piece.
Do you offer White Glove Delivery services?
Yes, we offer White Glove Delivery for large furniture items. This includes room-of-choice placement, assembly, and removal of all packaging materials for a flat fee.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and unused condition. Please note that custom-made furniture is final sale.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also view your order status by logging into your Domani Home account.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
All Domani Home furniture pieces come with a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.
