At Domani Home, we want you to love your space, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on most furniture and decor items to ensure your complete satisfaction. Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging and condition to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repack your items in their original shipping boxes with all protective padding and include the printed return slip inside the package.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
